Tax Manager for Real Estate
Tax returns for individuals, trust, partnerships, corporate and multi-state returns. Advanced skills in Real Estate Tax Area, management and supervisory skills required. A dicision making person with at least seven years experience.
Tax Managers perform technical reviews of all tax returns. Assume full responsibility of tax accounts assigned. Includes responsibility for personnel scheduling, compliance with due date and budgets.
Complete tax research projects, ability to present findings in a clear, concise, understanding written form.
Act as a resource for tax preparers and audit staff
Strong Computer Skills, including GoSystem Tax
CPA Certified
No more then 3 jobs in 10 yrs
